Durham City Apartment offers fabulous Five Star accommodation, comprising 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a truly luxurious penthouse apartment – spacious, contemporary and fitted to the highest standards with excellent country views and serviced by a lift, The apartment is quiet and secure although situated in the historic centre of Durham City, near bars, restaurants, the "Gala Theatre", shops, the University and the Cathedral, The apartment is well-appointed with quality electric cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, digital TV, Sky, Internet access, DVD, radio and CD player. Parking in the city centre secure car park (which has direct access to the apartment complex from level 3) is included in the tariff. The tafiff includes all towels, linen and a basic welcome pack of milk, bread, conserves, tea and coffee.
The apartment is situated adjacent to the Gala Theatre, Library,a new 8 lane swimming pool with health suite etc.recently opened .
Within the complex there is a Tourist Information Centre and numerous upmarket bars and restaurants, and is only a few minutes walk from the Cathedral, shops, University and river walks.
It couldn't be more central and is quiet and secure.
