Thorn Bank has been newly refurbished to a very high standard while retaining the original character. If you are planning a special holiday in Dorset then Thorn Bank is for you. We offer clean and stylish accomodation within our Georgian townhouse in the centre of the ancient country town of Sherborne.
The guest rooms each have a full- size ensuite bathroom, decorated in black and white, with original shutters and a free standing bath with shower attachment, tea and coffee making facilities, electric trouser press, hot water bottles, colour TV and plenty of storage and hanging space make for a really comfortable stay. Steam iron and board available on request as are additional pillows and blankets if required.
We are in the ideal situation if you are a working locally. We offer free WiFi connectivity, secure off road parking and we rent rooms for a single night.
Thorn Bank is one of only a handful of bed and breakfasts in Sherborne, a picturesque historic market town with a superb Abbey (only 3 minutes walk away), world famous Schools and two historic Castles.
