Self Assessed 5 Stars Guest House

We offer elegant and luxurious accommodation in probably the most convenient location for anyone wishing to travel in and out of the Airport or wanting to spend time in the Exeter Area on business or pleasure.

Our rooms are all on the first floor and have been interior designed with comfort in mind. Our shower/bath rooms feature Spanish ceramic tiles, sandstone, glass and chrome heated towel radiators.

We are located less than 1 mile from the terminal entrance and only minutes away from some of the landmarks and major businesses in Exeter. We couldn’t be easier to find, being 5 minutes from the M5 and 2 minutes from the A30

The lovely old house dates back centuries and is tucked away at the end of a long gravel drive in over an acre of grounds. It has been lovingly restored and now offers a most comfortable and luxurious feel for your relaxation.

Whether you are arriving by plane or car we at The Old Rectory would like to offer you a friendly welcome and a wish that you will leave us refreshed.
