The evening meal and breakfast were excellent and the surroundings had a lot of character. Our hosts, Neil and Gill were very attentive and their staff were well chosen.
Dislikes:
Although the bathroom was spacious there were no counter tops to put your bathroom toileteries on. The extractor fan wasn't very efficient.

We liked the unpretentious atnosphere in a pub that is full of character and where the food is outstanding, not many places bake their own bread and the breakfasts were faultless.

We spent two nights with the aim of exploring the area around Aldeburgh and Southwold. The pub was conveniently placed between the two - twenty mins or so to either place. Therefore, there was no rush to pack everything in over a short period which led to a well paced visit.The landlord provided us with some good local knowledge which enhanced our trip and made the best use of our time. The pub was very welcoming and had plenty of old world charm. The rooms were excellent with all the facilities you would want whilst on a 'country stay'. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly.

I have lost count of the number of times we've stayed at The White Horse in Sibton. We absolutely love it and have recommended it to many friends. As always a friendly welcome from Gill and Neil. We had booked our favourite room and quickly settled in. The complimentary tray is the best I have seen, it not only contains all sorts of tea but sachets of real coffee, biscuits and bottles of water. Then just a few steps to the bar for drinks before dinner and to catch up on everyone's news. Read less

The highlight has to be the food. Oh the lamb and the duck both melt in the mouth. Everything is beautifully cooked and presented. The dessert list makes choosing very difficult.Breakfast menu is fab.
Dislikes:
NO. There is nothing to dislike. They thoroughly deserve all the awards they have one and especially the one for the friendliest place to stay.

The only quibble I had was that the price was a little on the steep side. Read less
