Stayed over one night as part of a longer vacation traveling through Ireland. Loved the free internet. Paul helped with bags and made us very comfortable.

Description

Self Assessed 3 Stars Guest House

Serendipity House is an excellent Bed & Breakfast in an ideal location in Londonderry - we are located right on the border in northwest Northern Ireland in County Derry. Londonderry is a historic town full of culture, excellent attractions, and a bustling night life.

From the rear bedrooms of our B&B, guests can enjoy panoramic views across the city. The spacious decking outside also allows guests to enjoy this luxury. Guests are most welcome to unwind in our comfortable lounge. A delicious breakfast (full Irish or Continental) is served to our guests to ensure that they start the day on the best foot.

Derry's seventeenth century layout is intact, with the Diamond centre leading out to four main gateways: Bishop's Gate, Ferryquay Gate, Shipquay Gate, and Butcher's Gate. Visitors should check out the Gothic Street Columb Cathedral in the historic center, as well as the Guildhall just outside of the city walls. Nearby lies the scenic Sperrin Mountains, the beach at Magilligan Strand, and Ballyarnet, which is where Amelia Earhart made her historic landing in 1932.
