Situated approximately 4 miles from the hustle and bustle of Dartmouth and within walking distance of the famous award winning 'Blackpool Sands' beach . We are ideally placed to explore many of the fabulous local attractions such as:

Slapton Sands Only 2 miles away, Many historic and nostalgic attractions from the 2nd world war, Walk the famous coastal footpath accessible a few strides away from our main gate or for those with a head for heights descend down a steep path to a local cove accessed only by those in the know, ensuring a secluded getaway from the crowds.

This studio is very well suited to couples seeking some privacy. It is fully furnished with a comfortable sitting area, it has tea and coffee making facilities, colour TV/DVD, hair dryer and mini fridges (with ice making).The Studio boasts a balcony where you can watch the sunrise or sit out for early evening drinks.

In addition to the Studio we have 'The Garden Room' suite which is attached to the main house. Like the Studio The Garden Room is private and spacious and is centrally heated with its own private en-suite facilities and private entrance

The Cottage suite, though attached to the main house, it does have it's own private entrance. Like the Studio and Garden room, The Cottage Suite is also private and spacious with a chaise longue and chair and is centrally heated with its own private en-suite facilities, which includes a large roll top bath.

We offer a generous and varied menu of food that is locally sourced and organic wherever possible.

Our cooked breakfast includes a choice of free range eggs from a local farm cooked to your preference, mushrooms, tomatoes - oven roasted or gently griddled, along with sausages and bacon from our local butcher.
