Bernard, Sylvia and our friendly staff welcome you to the Blacksmiths Arms, situated on the London Road 1 mile north of Lewes on the A275.
Here at The Blacksmiths Arms we are well known for our superb cuisine which includes our speciality, locally caught seafood. Bernard, the Owner and Chef at The Blacksmiths Arms is one of the five finalists in the seafood pub chef of the year award. The Blacksmiths Arms holds an AA 4 Star rating and a Fine Dining Award.
We have just refurbished the property and now have 4 brand new, 'Superior Double' bedrooms all with ensuite facilities, flatscreen TV, coffee and tea making facilities, as well as prices being inclusive of full English breakfasts.
The bar/restaurant area is cosy with a relaxed atmosphere and a large Inglenook open log fire for those cold winter nights. There is seating for 40 diners. Outside, there is a terraced area with seating for 16 people. Lunch is served 1200-1400 hrs Tuesday - Sunday inclusive. Dinner is served 1830-2100 hrs Tuesday - Saturday inclusive.
