The rooms were of good size (we occupied two family rooms for the six of us. They were clean and tea/coffee facilities were provided.
Hair dryer also provided but an iron was not.
Dislikes:
We did not get any hot water from the sink if someone downstairs was using the shower. Also the hot water from the shower trickled,if the intensity of the shower was increased the water was very cold.

The relaxed atmosphere, style of the room and helpful staff.
Dislikes:
There were a few omissions from the room. There was no blind on the large Skylight window and nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom despite a large space. Also the z-bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The location, place and staff were all wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised and very impressed by the place.
Dislikes:
Only one thing: the duvets were too small making the night slightly uncomfortable.
