The Alnwick Playhouse is 200 metres away and a two minute walk takes you into the town centre where there is a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants.The rolling Simonside Hills are 20 minutes drive to the west and the beautiful unspoilt beaches of Northumberland's Heritage Coast 10 minutes to the east making the apartment ideally placed for walkers,cyclists,tourers and golfers.
Accommodation includes a large lounge and dining area with a comfy three seater settee that converts into a double bed for extra guests.The bathroom contains a full sized bath as well as a walk in shower and the bedroom has two of the most comfortable twin beds from 'Feather and Black' complemented with the finest Egyptian cotton sheets. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a built in washer/drier.There is a 32" inch flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD and Bose CD/Radio accompanied with a wide selection of DVDs and CDs to use. To the front of the apartment there is a totally enclosed private patio and garden area ideal for any well behaved dogs.
Apart from a single step up from the pavement Column View is entirely on one level. There is a secure storage facility for use free of charge and free unreserved on street parking directly outside.
