We visited Colesbourne Park to see the snowdrops (very good) then had a very nice dinner and overnight stay at the Inn.
Our room was accessed from outside the main building, (just a few yards -- not a problem) and despite facing the road, noise was not an issue, and the room was very nicely furnished and decorated, and very clean. Read less

The Colesbourne is an old coaching Inn dating back to 1827, set in the heart of the picture postcard Cotwold countryside. Located 14 minutes from Cheltenham Spa Englands`s most complete Regency town and 14 minutes from the Roman town of Cirencester, `Captial of the Cotswolds`. Not all the surrounding villages are well known, and today many still hold their secrets. Amongst the treasures to be found are Painswick, Biddestone and Winchcombe all hidden villages off the beaten track. The National Waterways Museum Gloucester (7 Miles) unveils the mystery and history behind the 200 year old tale of inland waterways and fortunes lost and gained. Cotswold Farm Park (13 Miles) has over 50 breeding flocks and herds of fascinating British Breeds of sheep, cattle, pigs, goats, horses, poultry and waterfowl. Owelpen Manor (12 Miles) one of the most romantic small tudor manor houses in the West of England

Occupying two acres, the Colesbourne Inn has nine "totally refurbished" letting rooms, a restaurant, traditional bar including a drinks terrace with stunning Cotswold country views and extensive gardens. The accommodation offers contemporary luxury in a traditional setting. If you are bringing the family we have interconnecting rooms. all our TV`s are flat screened with 12 channels. Pure ground coffee and cafetieres for cofee enthusiasts and a selection fo teas in all the bedrooms.
