An overnight stay to celebrate my wife's birthday, we arrived at 4pm after a pleasant day exploring Hexham and Corbridge, the two nearby historic market towns. After checking in we had a peasant walk around the periphery of one of the golf courses. After bathing and relaxing in our room, we had an aperitif in the champagne bar and a superb dinner in the Argent D'Or restaurant. After a comfortable night we breakfasted in the restaurant before setting off for home. Read less

Located less than 8 miles from Newcastle airport and from central Newcastle and Britain’s biggest shopping Centre the Metro Centre, it’s the perfect venue for business, leisure and corporate guests.
There are also picture-perfect grounds to explore, plus a multitude of attractions on our doorstep, including Northumberland National Park, Alnwick Castle, and Hadrian’s Wall.
Our hotel facilities include: complimentary high speed internet access, 31 rooms luxurious appointed bedrooms, dine in our Argent D'Or restaurant or our contemporary No19 Restaurant which open daily from 7am to 9.00pm which offer some of the best produce Northumberland has to offer. 24 hour room service is also available.
