Our family run 3 star Guesthouse in Weymouth, Built in 1805, is a Grade II Listed Georgian Building situated on Weymouth's beautiful seafront, with the beach just yards away.We have a few parking permits that have to be booked direct from the Guesthouse in advance of your stay at no extra cost. We can provide tickets for the car park a few minutes walk away at £7 per day.

The B&B is situated right on the seafront so is in a prime location for reaching all facilities including town, pubs, restaurants and beach. The owners and staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Dislikes:
It would've been useful to know in advance that online bookings didn't include free parking, whereas 'phone bookings apparently do. This meant we had to pay for parking but other guests didn't.

The rooms were very clean. Our room overlooked the sea. It was perfectly situated for anything that you would require. The breakfast was good and staff friendly.

You can be assured a warm and friendly welcome, staying with us at the Beach View.
We take pride in providing a relaxing atmosphere, comfortable accommodation and great breakfast! Why not have a day sea fishing or maybe take a boat trip for either we are ideally situated. Weymouth Pavilion (Theatre) is just seconds away offering a variety of shows. Why not take a day trip to the beautiful Channel Islands, the Condor Ferry is situated adjacent to us. Or maybe just a simple stroll around Weymouth town centre & esplanade for a spot of shopping!
CONDOR PASSENGERS The “Beach View” is ideally situated for the condor ferry terminal. Please Note: We are a No-Smoking property. Pets are allowed by arrangement. Check-In time: 14:00 and Check-Out time: 10:00.
