When I arrived there was no one at the hotel and a notice saying that breakfast was on a shift basis and my room's time was 9am. As I had to leave by 8.30 this would not work but I could find no one to speak to. I found this quite stressful, although it was sorted by the evening. The room was small but comfortable and the food was delicious but small portions. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. For the money, it was good value. Read less

The rules seemed quite strict at first glance, although the owner was happy to accommodate me in my arrival time and change of breakfast time.

We do not operate check ins between 1 and 4pm so we can get shopping and collect our children from school, we state this clearly on the website. The Breakfasts are staggered so guests can enjoy their breakfasts without everyone turning up at once.

The Wilton Guest House is a warm, friendly and very comfortable 3 star Georgian guest house, situated on Gloucester St, 100 metres from Weymouth beach and Marina.
Having recently undergone major refurbishment, it combines contemporary chic and modern technology with its beautiful original features to give a truly unique guest house feel.
We openly encourage feedback, and all feedback is posted on our website. We are situated 100 metres to the sandy beach and town centre, 1 minutes drive to the ferry and 3 minutes walk to the New Marina. We are 300 yards from Radipole lake RSPB nature reserve. The nearest Pub is a short walk away.

All our rooms are named after local areas of special interest. We have 3 beautiful FAMILY rooms including Portland which will sleep 5. One of our rooms, the Nothe Room is pet friendly and can accommodate well behaved dogs.
We have a limited amount of parking permits. Please advise at the time of booking if you require a parking permit.
