We are a short walk to the city centre. Situated on the main road into Perth from Glasgow and the west. Only 14 miles from the famous Gleneagles resort with its magnificient golf courses. Perth has many independant shops. Ample free parking. Outside table & chairs. Well presented garden.

However that is a small niggle as opposed to a problem. A beautiful Victorian Semi located a little over a mile from town centre ample parking out front, friendly welcome and a warm clean bright and dry room with a pleasant outlook , our room was on main road which was NOT a problem ! Warm , dry , bright and clean, our ensuite bathroom although small was adequate , the chance of a powerful and hot shower was a bonus!!! Location was nice and the decor was exqusite.

A warm welcome awaits you from Annette the proprietor. The bed and breakfast / Guest House is ideally situated on the main A9 road into Perth from Glasgow and the west. Perth centre is approx. 12 minutes walk and only 3 minute by car.
The Willow House Bed and Breakfast has a variety of rooms to suit every visitor, triple bedroom, double bedroom, twin bedroom and single bedroom. Ample onsite parking is available for several cars. The Willow House bed and breakfast is an ideal base for a short holiday break or an extended vacation.
Perth is the gateway to the north and there are many local attractions. Historic buildings such as Scone Palace and Blair Castle are near. Golf courses are plentiful within Perthshire and there are the famous Gleneagles golf courses only 14 miles from Perth. Fishing is very popular along the banks of the River Tay and also on the Lochs. Horse racing at the Perth Race Course with meetings throughout the year. Drive through beautiful country scenery enjoying the views of the hills, glens and lochs past the distilleries along the whisky trails.
