The Westdean is a family run Non Smoking establishment who only accept singles, couples and families, any groups will be turned away at the door.We are ideally situated close to the Promenade. the Hire bicycles, Pleasure Beach Resort, Sandcastle Water Park, South Pier and Shopping Centre. The proprietors of THE WESTDEAN, would like you to take a brief tour of the establishment so you can see the varied facilities on offer.
We have a comfortably furnished lounge in which you can relax either reading a paper or watching the large colour television. There is also a video with a large selection of videos and boardgames for all the family. No Smoking is permitted anywhere within the establishment. We have a comfortable furnished lounge with colour TV and free view there is a video and DVD player. The dinning room has seperate tables so you can enjoy you full English grilled Breakfast, and you can enjoy a drink in the cosy cellar bar.
There is a shower en-suite in every room to make your stay as pleasant as possible. All our rooms are colour co-ordinated to the highest standard and rooms are serviced on a daily basis. There are tea and coffee facilities in every room as well as a colour TV. A full length mirror and hairdryer are also provided as well as plenty of towels.
For those of you with very small children we can supply a cot.
We can provide a daily evening meal if required (excl. Bank Holidays). It is a set menu that changes daily, special diets can also be catered for. Please do ask us about this option. Being licensed, THE WESTDEAN has a cosy cellar bar. Here you can enjoy an evening drink with a variety of wares from the well stocked bar. A widescreen TV is located here too.
There is also a pool table for the more elite sportsperson!

We are an enviromental friendly Guest House,we recycle paper, cardboard,plastic, cans, glass where possible
We conserve water where we can but to do this we need your help by you reusing your towels and not putting them out daily for washing
