Warwick House is a charming Regency period Guest House built in the 1830’s and now a Grade II listed building, with superb views of Mount’s Bay. We enjoy an enviable position with the promenade in front of us, whilst the quaint inns and restaurants of historic Chapel Street lie behind us.

Rooms were gorgeous and clean. They left a message to check what time I would be arriving so they could be there. They also recommended a really good pub for dinner. Breakfast was lovely and free wifi

The professionalism and high standards of the guest house team and the range of information and resources available to guests. The initial welcome on Weds 21 Dec was especially appreciated.
Dislikes:
The shower looked beautiful, but was not particularly effective: weak jet, difficult to get the right temperature and slightly temperamental in switching back to bath tap mode for no apparent reason

Warwick House is a 4 star guest house in which most of the guest bedrooms have stunning sea views and all rooms are impeccably presented and provide a high level of comfort, encouraging you to relax as soon as you arrive. All rooms have TV/ DVD player (with complimentary film library), tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water, and many other little extras to make you feel instantly at home.
After a day of exploring, take it easy, unwind and enjoy the view from our patio or relax in our comfortable guest lounge. We have plenty of books, maps of the area and a computer for guests to use.
Penzance is the perfect base to discover Cornwall with the unspoilt coastline, stunning landscape of rugged cliffs, sandy beaches on the north coast, quaint fishing villages and picturesque coves on the South coast. Visitors will enjoy some of the most dramatic scenery in Europe. St. Michaels Mount, Lands End, St. Ives and the inspirational Minack theatre are close by. The Eden Project and Isle of Scilly can also be easily reached.
Penzance is convenient for travelling by car or by foot. We have our own car park and are ideally positioned for the Train/bus station and Heliport. The Isles of Scilly Ferry is a 5 minute walk away.
The guest house is totally non-smoking. Wireless Broadband internet access is available.
Environmental Statement
We at Warwick House try to Re-Use, Re-Cycle and Repair when ever we are able. As you will see from our breakfast Menu will source most of our products from local suppliers. We also offer Cornish biscuits and Conish Mineral water on our 'Hospitality Trays'. We ask guests to help us to be green by leaving items that can be recycled by the side of their bin instead of mixed in with the non-recycled items. We are proud of our Green Tourism for Business Silver Award.
