Warner's Farm is a unique distinctive historic farmhouse built before 1430. Away from any traffic, it is set in its own delightful gardens with a large natural fish pond complete with island. The grounds are teeming with wildlife and provide an idyllic, tranquil environment to enjoy and unwind. A peaceful haven for visitors as well as being close to many local attractions, it is ideal for walking, touring and cycling holidays, to take in the many places of historic and scenic interest.

The documents we have on Warner's date back to 1630. The house was built beside an old Roman road (now a footpath) and with the natural spring on the land, it is likely to have been a site for early settlements. We have many interesting artifacts found by a local metal detector enthusiast, such as buttons, shot, pipes and coins including an Elizabeth 1 silver sixpence. We also back on to the reserve airfield used by the famous American Eagle Squadron who came to Carver Barracks in the 2nd World War.

There is a heated outdoor swimming pool available to guests from May to October. The beautiful, historic, beamed guest lounge has Sky TV and a huge open log fire place.
Each guest room is unique in character and has a colour TV with Freeview, refreshment tray with good choice of teas & coffees, hairdryer, bathrobes and toiletries. Some also have fridges.

Delicious breakfasts; Full English, Continental or to your taste, fresh fruit, yoghurt, home made bread etc etc are served using local produce and have many mentions of praise in our guest book.

Guests have the use of the lounge, dining room, summer house, swimming pool, the garden, and our friendly big dogs!.

We like to make you feel at home and share our wounderful home at Warner's Farm, to give you a memorable experience you will want to repeat.
