Welcomed at car, large pot of tea provided as soon as we reached our room. Room clean, comfy and well-equipped. Kevin welcoming and helpful. House and location lovely, good access to local facilities

Apologies for not responding to your email, an oversight on my part, am glad you enjoyed your stay.
Dog Towels, bed and treats are always available but Kevin, in my absence, must have overlooked this. I normally give treats to our doggie guests at breakfast if they are well behaved and able to join you.
Our leaflets are old stock now, and are in the process of being updated, a job for the quieter season.

Thank you for your feedback and disappointed that you find us only 'reasonable'. We never have had guest lounge, and cannot create one unfortunately and we do hope that clear advertising advises that we welcome dogs.

This family run delightful B&B appeals to both business people and those looking to get away and see more of this beautiful county.
Situated in the heart of the Brecks, unusual and stunning landscape betwit Norfolk and Suffolk over the last three years The Vines has been upgrade with each room individually styled with en-suite facilites in each of the rooms.
You will be well looked after by your hosts Leigh and Kevin who pride themselves on providing a relaxing environment for you to chill and enjoy yourselves, with nothing being too much trouble to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.
We cater for both meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Our breakfast room has four individual tables to ensure a gentle leisurely start to your day with maps/ideas and a variety of attractions close by for you to peruse whilst your breakfast is being prepared.
The Vines is a great base for exploring the Norfolk countryside with Thetford Forest around 10 minutes away.
Dogs are welcome to stay at The Vines, and are charged accordingly. £5.00 for one dog, £8.00 for two dogs, £10.00 for three. Please note that charges for dogs will be settled on depature and not added to your initial bill.
