Stayed for two nights to enable me to visit relatives without being a burden to them. The location would be difficult to find had there not been good signage. The room I had was of a good size, en-suite and dressing area was well equipped. The decor was a little dated, but spotlessly clean. The welcome was warm, but not overbearing, I was pretty much left to my own devices after the initial introduction to the facilities. The breakfast was substantial and well cooked. Would stay again. It's location, very peaceful, I'm an early riser so the cockerel was of no concern to me. The high standard of cleanliness and the equally high standard of the food served - on a nice hot plate.
Dislikes:
There wasn't anything I disliked about the accommodation.

This is the introduction to your horse experience of a lifetime. Our priority is your enjoyment. Your full board residential horse riding holiday will get you AA 4star accommodation. Our in house cook will tempt you with full board meals after your 6 hours of horse riding and related activities. These activities include:
Horse Riding Lessons, Trail riding, Trekking, Beach Riding, Western riding, Carriage Driving, Jumping, Dressage and Cross Country, or get schooling in any of the above disciplines.
Enjoy the pleasure of working with young horses, stable management and natural horsemanship. Test your riding abilities with our arena games, Barrel Racing and Pole bending. This is about how to enjoy your horse and all the activities you and your horse will share. Or just enjoy the glorious Cornish countryside with a relaxing and chilled ride on one our stunning Morgan Horses.
Set in an idyllic corner of the county, with many of Cornwall's prettiest coves and sandy beaches nearby, The Old Vicarage is an ideal place to stay to unwind and visit some of Cornwall’s greatest assets.
As an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a Heritage coastline, with great historical interest, there is much to see and enjoy around The Old Vicarage. This is an ideal area for surfing, coastal walking, golfing at one of the local courses, visiting one of the 100 major archaeological sites on the Lands End peninsula, bird watching, rambling, just generally exploring and of course horse riding.
