Valdene Hotel

The Valdene Hotel is on the North shore of Blackpool, close to the tower, North Pier and Winter Gardens, and walking distance to other great attractions such as the action packed Pleasure Beach, South shore, and the Sandcastle water park.

If you would like to save your legs then use the excellent transport system Blackpool has to offer. You can also reach other nearby places such as Fleetwood and Stanley Park, as well as Blackpool zoo and Cleveley’s on a short tram or bus ride from us.

We take pride in offering clean accommodation, en-suites as standard, as well as little luxuries in your rooms such as complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, alarm clocks, hairdryers and first day complimentary toiletries, free use of our X-boxes in the family and twin rooms, and flat screen TV’s, showing a host of free-view channels.

Other little extras include the free hire of bicycles, to explore the 7+ miles of newly built Blackpool cycle ways, taking in the North shore, South shore and Stanley Park.

Bob and Linda Ablett have been running the hotel since 1997, helped by Bob’s son, Simon. This year Bob’s daughter, Sarah, and husband, Dave, have taken over the running of the hotel, having recently moved to Blackpool. They are keen to carry on Bob, Linda & Simon’s hard work, ensuring guests are greeted warmly, served a great breakfast, and relax in a laid back, clean, hotel, with a well stocked, licensed to resident’s, bar.
