All the facilities of a modern establishment E.g; Wi-fi and Freeview TV.
Comfortable beds and complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits in a bright and airy room.

The cleanliness of the guest house, the quality of the breakfast. The room was nice and comfortable. Paul and Caroline were both very friendly and nice to talk to.

You can see that they really care about their guests. The room was very very nice and clean with some facilities that make you feel really comfortable, e.g. biscuits, mints or hair conditioner. The location is also very good - it's close both to the seaside and the towncentre. And the breakfast was just delicious. Read less

Enjoy England 4 star family run non-smoking guest house in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. We are located on Trafalgar Road just 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the town centre, whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday or in the area on business, a very warm welcome awaits you.
As new owners, we moved in at the beginning of September 2007 and started to refurbish throughout. We re-opened in January 2008 and have brought the house to a very good standard and are now almost on completion. We now continue to work hard to keep the high standard that we have aimed to achieve.
We have 7 bedrooms which are situated on the 1st and 2nd floors, 5 of which have full en-suite facilities, the other two single rooms have their own showers but share a toilet with each other. This is situated just outside of the rooms and is solely for their use only.
All rooms have full central heating, colour t.v with freeview and DVD player. Tea/coffee making facilities, Alarm Clocks, Complimentary towels and toiletries to use during your stay, Travel cot available by request at the time of booking, Ironing Facilities available.
In our cosy dining room breakfast is served between 8.15-9.00am and there is a choice of Cereals, Fresh Fruit, Grapefruit or Yogurt and Full English or Kippers and Toast and Preserves. There is also a lighter and vegetarian option available.
Since opening in January 2008 we have many referrals and repeat guests.
Environmental Statement
We recycle all recyclable items where possible. If you are staying more than 3 nights towels will be changed after the 2nd night of your stay, should you wish for them to be changed sooner please can you leave them on the shower room floor
