The very clean appartment comprised one bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen, on the first floor of a relatively small block in the beautiful Ocean Village marina area of Southampton, UK. I couldn't fault the location; although the marina was not in view of the appartment, it was only 1 minute walk away in a very safe area. Jogging/walking was safe and pleasant. Heating, hot water/shower and home entertainment was excellent; Kitchen was fine but no dishwasher (didnt matter to me). Read less

Quiet area, close to chic bars and restaurants. The flat is modern with leather sofa, huge tv, DAB hi-fi. And free internet was great (essential). Simple shower worked well. Free allocated parking!
Dislikes:
Nothing really. A walk-in shower would have suited me better than over bath. No dishwasher or freezer, but only matters for longer stays. The remotes for tv and hi-fi did not work (batteries?).
