Bathrooms v small. Wifi did not seem to work. Parking might not be easy during the day. They don't like guests arriving to check in after 9pm

WIFI is available to the whole property but due to the nature of the building construction the signal can be weak in some parts we are working on improving this
Due to the Doctors surgury next door spaces in the road are constantly becoming available
we do advertise a 9pm limit on check in - this is because this is a fmaily run house and we have to up early to due breakfast - however late check in is often accomodated if arranaged in advance

We offer you a comfortable and relaxed stay, and assure you everything will be done to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, Tea and Coffee facilities, Freeview TV's equiped with DVD players, we also provide free WIFI and have a loan Laptop available for guest to use in the their rooms.
Worthing is situated on the coast between Brighton and Chichester, making it an ideal centre for touring and business the hospital and theatres, with easy access to the South Downs National Park, London, Brighton and Portsmouth.
The Moorings is in Selden Road, a side road off A259 Brighton road, Its just ten minutes easy walk into the town centre, five minutes to the indoor swimming pool and famous bowling greens, even less to the beach
We also offer secure parking for bicycles and motorcycles this area is monitored by cctv and is behind a high gate
The Moorings has good connections via road and train to London, Portsmouth and Brighton. It is approximately 10 miles to Brighton, 50 miles to London and 35 miles to Portsmouth.
