Value for money as far as bed/breakfast. Also Curry night was excellent value and very well cooked and presented.
Dislikes:
First time we have stayed in Room 6 and we found it slightly claustrophobic and would probably request not to stay in this room again. However this is minor as bed was comfy, room was clean and we slep
Response from The LuggerInn:
Thank you and we look forward to your next visit. Please state when you book which room you would prefer and we are always happy to oblige whenever possible.

Friendly staff good food available at reasonable price.
Dislikes:
Noise from skittles game and hot water problems
Response from The LuggerInn:
Unfortunetly the boiler problem was beyond our control and we had the plumber in as soon as possible. It did cause a problem with breakfast due to no hot water and again all we can do is apologise for this inconvienence. Skittles is a pub game and it is a noisy game but usually is finished before 11pm which I do not consider to late as we are a pub not a hotel. We are always happy to move people to quieter rooms on request and are very sorry that you did not enjoy your visit with us.

The Lugger Inn is situated just outside of weymouth. For information on some of the surrounding towns please vist the resort–guide website or Jurassic–experience. Information on the village of Chickerell can be found at the village website.Dorset's spectacular coastline makes up part of England's first natural world Heritage site, The Jurassic Coast line.

Chickerell was originally a fishing village with connections to the Fleet and Moonfleet, famous for its little church where Blackbeard supposedly buried his treasures. Nearby Weymouth is a busy summer holiday resort catering for all types of visitors. Further on can be found the Isle of Portland famous for its stone (once used to build St Paul's Cathedral among many of the other famous buildings throughout the country

To the west there are many picturesque villages the prettiest of which is probably Abbotsbury with its swanery, Tythe Barn and sub tropical gardens. The towns Chesil beach runs from Portland 18 miles west along the coast towards Bridport. Access between Portland and Abbotsbury can only be gained by crossing the Fleet (a stretch of tidal water home to many types of birds and sea life).
