The location isn't good if you're a tourist but I had something on nearby and that suited me. Otherwise you would have a bit of a trek to central london

This is forgivable as it was still a nice place to stay, but the total lack of any drinking facilities was surprising. Not even a plastic cup for tap water, let alone a kettle with tea and coffee sachets. We came back late and didn't want to go downstairs, so drank from our hands. Read less

Mainly covered above. There was an additional issue of the extremely thin walls, whereby some inconsiderate occupants next door kept us up until 4.00 the next morning with loud conversation & shouting

The William IV is a newly refurbished guesthouse based in North West London. We offer perfectly placed accomodation for your visit to the Capital. The William has all the facilities that you would expect from reputable London hotels & should we be busy on your requested dates our friendly staff will be happy to refer you to one of our other sister venues.
The William IV is located on the Harrow Road and is a 5 min walk from Kensal Green Station and 10 mins walk from Kensal Rise station.The bus stop is less that 1 minute from our front door and we are within easy access to the world famous Portobello Market.
The property is near bus routes that run all night so that you can get the most from your time in London.
We also have a 24 hour check-in and a late check-out is available.
All our prices include Breakfast which is served between 7:00am to 9:00am.
