Our stay was adequate for our needs, thank you, the staff we met were very pleasant, and when we had to ask for the teabags and milk supplies to be replenished, the member of staff thought we were actually asking for new towels [which we hadnt]. When we returned later that day, we had new towels, teabags and milk supplies! The beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean and the shower hot. Read less

The staff were pleasant and aiming to please. See above.
Dislikes:
Was surprised that breakfast wasnt included as the website had led me to believe that I was booking breakfasts. It was also very noisy - however I accept it is a pub!

We have three clean, comfortable twin rooms with televisions and central heating, ample tea and coffee and complementary toiletries. An iron and ironing board, hairdryer and minifridge are available on request. The rooms are not en-suite and share a shower and toilet.

Off street parking is provided directly behind the pub. Great value, hearty pub food is available on weekday evenings and weekends at the bar.

We serve a changing range of 3 real ales, draught Fosters, Becks Vier, Carling and Kronenbourg, Strongbow, regular and extra cold Guinness; a changing range of bottled lagers and ciders, a comprehensive range of spirits, frequent cocktail promotions and a fantastic menu of shots. We also offer a range of fruit juices and soft drinks, are happy to give you a free glass of tap water, and serve fair trade tea coffee and hot chocolate.

We are a popular venue in Abingdon for watching televised sport with a great atmosphere and free chips or roasties at half time during most matches. We love our sports and show everything (cricket, rugby, darts, boxing, racing etc.) not just premiership football. We have Sky Sports & ESPN and with 3 digiboxes and 7 tvs we have the ability to show more than one match at a time, so as a rule if it's on the telly, it's on at The Keys!

We have a fantastic digital jukebox, have live music and themed DJ nights most Saturdays (e.g. Regular live bands, Soul Night, Ska, punk and new wave, Seventies Night with DJ 'V' and 'School Disco').
We have the daily papers, a 50p play pool table, two darts boards and playing cards and board games to borrow from the bar. We are also an Official Book Crossing Zone.
