Comfortable room and a friendly welcome. We had the steak and kidney pie, piping hot and delicious.
Our hosts asked if we were comfortable and warm enough. I was cold, as the weather had turned cold, and I hadn't packed a jumper. The heating was sorted straight away. They have a real customer focus.
