As above. indifferent decor, cold room, no effective bedside light. We had to rob the third bed of its downey to get warm to sleep

As you can see by ALL the other reviews this was indeed out of the ordinary..the heater programmer had jammed and the heating could not be set...this has been rectified..the light bulb issue was addressed also...Staff member should have changed( he was new ans inexperienced)..All of our rooms are lovely and warm in winter time and are decorated to a high standard..
