Sunbeam Cottage is centrally located in the "Old Town" of Padstow approximately 150 metres from the harbour. The cottage has original slate flagstone floors and pine ceilings throughout the ground floor. The lounge is spacious with 2 two seater sofas, large chinese rug and a gas flame effect fire. There is remote controlled lcd colour tv, video player, dvd player and a cd player with an ipod dock.
The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped with a smeg cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer.
There are two bedrooms both en-suite. The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. All bedlinen, bedding and towels are
provided.
The cottage is cool in the summer and really cosy in the winter with full central heating and a continual supply of hot water.
I allow up to 2 well behave dogs to stay in the cottage with no extra cost.
