Dislikes:
It is best not to take the 'exit' at the rear of the car park, but to go out on to the main road, the way you came in! It is a very tight turn on to the rear exit and leads on to a very narrow lane

We found the rooms very comfortable and cosy and warm. The bathrooms were a little outdated and a little chilly as were the corridors as this is a 14th century property with no central heating. We had a lovely cooked breakfast and enjoyed the charater of the place. The service in the morning was particularly friendly. We all slept well and felt nice and warm in our bedrooms. Read less

There are five stylish double bedrooms to choose from at our stylish and elegant bed and breakfast accommodation near Sidmouth. All our bedrooms have colour TV, well stocked complimentary beverage refreshment tray, ironing facilities, hair dryer and radio alarm clock.A substantial breakfast is served in our elegant dining room and of course includes a traditional full English breakfast. Step back in time as you enter the enchanting, walled, country garden, where you may dine at your leisure from bone china tableware, among tall scented flowers, with a backcloth of stately poplar, eucalyptus, maple and spruce.
