Right on the promenade, views of Newlyn Harbour to The Lizard. Within all local amenities, close to Morrab Gardens and Penlee Park.
Dislikes:
The only slight downside the the very small shower room. It has to be said that if you are of 'larger proportions' you would struggle to use it and this should probably be pointed out.

Shoreline is a 4 Star guesthouse offering sea view rooms which have amazing views of St Michael’s Mount, Mounts Bay and Newlyn. At the front of the guesthouse, there is a Sun deck garden facing the sea, where guests may sit, relax and take in the stunning views.
Located just a short walk away from Penzance’s main street, Shoreline is perfectly suited for both business and leisure guests. All rooms are ensuite, with contemporary decor and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. It is an ideal base for travellers to the west of Cornwall, being close to St Michael’s mount, Newlyn, Mousehole, Lands End and St Ives. Rail, bus and air transport are situated nearby, plus ferries and helicopters go from Penzance to the Isles of Scilly.
