Gabetti Cottage is a spacious 4 bedroom house which has been completely renovated. It has a pretty garden laid out to grass with well-stocked flowerbeds, and a barbeque. It is within easy walking distance of the picturesque Georgian town centre of Lymington and the town recreation centre. Gabetti Cottage sleeps 8 + 4 people and there is parking for 3 to 4 cars in the driveway. Gabetti Cottage is ideal for family holidays and for groupsof friends on short breaks. Gabetti Cottage is let out all year round to holiday makers. We welcome children, but do not take any pets and the property is NO Smoking. It is a three mile drive to the nearest beaches and a short drive to The New Forest National Park where ponies and livestock roam free. Lymington has a large Marina, and the ferry leaves Lymington on a regular basis for The Isle Of Wight.


The Old Exchange is a former telephone exchange, which has been converted into two spacious holiday apartments. It is situated in the centre of Sway Village, in the New Forest National Park. Each apartment sleeps up to 6 people. There is parking in the driveway for 3 to 4 cars.
In the village there is also a chemist, news agents/post office, and a prize-winning butcher as well as several playgrounds. It is also a short drive to local beaches of Milford-On Sea, and Highcliffe, and only 10 minutes from the fascinating and picturesque Georgian town of Lymington with its harbour, and famous Saturday market. The Old Exchangeis ideal for a family holiday, a short break, or as a base from which to explore the wonderful natural beauty of The New Forest National Park.
