We took a weekend break to Great Yarmouth and this hotel suited our purpose and price range, for a low cost winter break, just after Xmas.

Gt Yarmouth is a little tired and run down, but this guest house gave us an ideal base to explore locally for future, possibilities with our children, in this area. Read less
Likes:
Quietness & privacy. The family room was pleasant, providing enough space to sleep 4 as a base. We booked this room [selfishly] because of the en-suite bathroom. Other rooms have to share facilities.
Dislikes:
The main bed, comprising of 2 singles banded together was somewhat uncomfortable "for a couple" & could do with being replaced by a double bed. Shower temperature was a bit unconstant.

Just a point about the 'other rooms have to share facilities' - this is not correct, we have 3 ensuite rooms and 2 rooms with their own facilities. Apart from that, points noted, thank-you.
