Rutland guest house was built in the late Victorian times and still maintains many of its original features including the grand staircase.

Whether your stay is business or pleasure you can be assured of an enjoyable relaxed time. Rutland enjoys a prime position on the seafront at St Leonards on sea opposite marina gardens on the A259 coastal road and in an ideal location for the Hastings Half Marathon in March. There is ample, free on-street parking on the road outside.

The historic town of Hastings is a short drive away or a leisurely thirty minute stroll along the promenade to the old town. There are good bus and rail links close by for you to explore 1066 country!
