the parking was limited at certain times of day, but this is in no way the fault of the proprieter - and would not put me of staying in future

Rossmount is a traditional stone built house, approximately 190 years old. The entire house has been recently refurbished to a high standard, retaining a wealth of original features.

It is conveniently situated in the Crown area of Inverness only a 5 minute walk from the castle, river Ness, shops & a wide choice of restaurants & bars catering to a variety of tastes & budgets! A 10 minute stroll will take you to train & bus stations, the Eden Court Theatre & the beautiful tree lined walks through the Ness Islands.

Inverness itself is an ideal base for exploring the Scottish Highlands. A short drive will take you to historic sites such as the Culloden battlefield with it’s new, award winning visitor centre; Castle Urquhart on Loch Ness; Cawdor Castle & Fort George. Speyside & the Malt Whisky trail, the golden beaches of the Moray Coast, the Caledonian Canal & Great Glen, mountains, golf courses…..the list is endless.
