Rosehill Rooms & Cookery

Rosehill rooms and cookery is a luxury B&B close to both the beach and town centre in Budleigh Salterton. Minutes from the coastal path, the house Victorian house with many modern facilities as well as lots of character. The house is a large Victorian building with large light and airy rooms, surrounded by mature gardens. The views from the rooms are onto the garden and trees around the house. There is a large sunny veranda stretching around the front of the house, which makes a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the garden.

The house has 4 rooms each decorated individually with classic and modern furnishings, fine linen and extra touches to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms all have bathrooms with large walk-in showers and some have baths, see room details for specifics. There is a choice of Sandcastle, Pebbles, Steamer Steps and Beach Hut.

All rooms have a king size or larger bed, duvets, Egyptian cotton linen and thick bath sheets and towels, flat screen TV/DVD player, comfortable sofa and a desk with chair; alongside tea and coffee, hairdryer, fluffy bathrobes, toiletries and magazines.

Breakfast is served in the large dining room overlooking the garden, around one large refectory style table. The breakfasts are a great feature, with the choice of full English, smoked salmon scrambled eggs, fruit, cereals and many other items.
Walking into Budleigh Salterton takes about 5 minutes along the footpath from the house and down into the High Street, the coast path is also minutes from the house and walking through the town to the beach takes about 10 minutes.

The town of Budleigh offers pubs and restaurants within walking distance as well as cafes.
