The owners were friendly people and the chef was very attentive at breakfast. There was always a choice of items for cooked breakfast and white and brown bread for toast-fresh fruit was also provided.
Dislikes:
I do not have any complaints at all and think that the hotel is great value for money.

Rohaven has recently undergone a programme of improvement and refurbishment, and as such now offers 8 guest bedrooms all with ensuite facilities. You might also look forward to a hearty cooked breakfast to set you up for a day of discovery... perhaps the wilds of Dartmoor or maybe a little shopping (Exeter is only 10 miles away, while both Plymouth and Bristol are little more than an hour away).
For those travelling by train, Exmouth Station is 2 minutes by Taxi os a short walk of around 10 minutes. Exeter Airport is about 15minutes by car or taxi.
Exmouth is the perfect base from which to explore the Devon coastline and countryside. Reaching us is easy whichever way you travel. We are only eight miles from the M5, which makes London and the Midlands within easy reach.
Here at Rohaven we have a wonderful selection of newly refurbished bedrooms, all are ensuite and have tea and coffee making facilities. During the refurbishment programme we made a big effort to make ourselves 'family friendly', so we now offer several dedicated family rooms with flexible sleeping arrangements. For the business traveller, we offer wonderful peace and quiet after a long day at work and space to unwind in a relaxed and friendly environment. Rohaven has plenty of off road parking with the town centre and sea front only a very short walk away.
