As parking is difficult and expensive in Brighton this hotel is opposite a car park which is below a garden, so not unsightly.

Convenience for us as only 7 or 8 minutes from the International centre where we had booked a show.
Dislikes:
There wasn't much to dislike other than the cra mped wash hand basin

Great location, easy walking distance from all of Brighton's attractions, yet in a nice quiet square.
Dislikes:
Ensuite facilities very basic, plus shared toilet. But totally ok for one night. For a longer stay I would recommend a deluxe room.

This beautifully restored Regency Grade 2* listed building enjoys a central seafront location overlooking the lawns and gardens of Regency Square, beneath which a discreet NCP car park offers very convenient parking right outside the front door.
All amenities are close to hand and within minutes of conference centres, the beach, theatres, cinemas, shops and the thirty-odd restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs in Preston Street.
A very wide selection of comfortable rooms are available to suit all requirements and budgets from twins, doubles, triples and quads. All Standard rooms have an ensuite shower cubicle with shared WC on the landing whilst Superior rooms have fully ensuite facilities. Eight rooms have views across the garden square to the sea and all Grand rooms enjoy high ceilings and chandeliers, two with direct access to a private balcony with views of the West Pier and beyond.
All guests enjoy complementary WiFi internet and a buffet continental breakfast with a selection of juices, cereals, ham, cheese, toast and conserves to enjoy.
