Luckily for us we managed to get a parking permit off owners for a small charge of a few pound which I thought was very reasonable, however parking is quite busy around the area so prepare to hunt a spot! Rooms were basic but very clean which is my main issue when staying anywhere. Bed was comfy, bonus! Breakfast was prompt and well managed and we all ate well. I would stay again and would recommend. At reception the gentleman never asked about parking,you can park on our side of the road for free out side the Hotel.I also have limited parking,also there is parking near by for 1000 cars 4 minutes walk..In 18 years this is the first time that i have been told that breakfast is too late at 9 o clock.Aparently the gentlenman did not like it when i asked him how would he like to pay the bill,unfortunately we have to do this because we have bills that we have to pay and we work hard to do this.

We have been awarded three stars by the Quality in Tourism Visit Britain ,with execuative summary. We have over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and therefore a high standard of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are of paramount importance. We pride ourselves on offering you a very comfortable relaxing and very clean bedrooms when you stay with us.
We have 9 en suite bedrooms all decorated to very high standard throughout with cleanliness being the main focus. Our bedrooms vary in size, from single to double and family rooms all spacious. We also offer no restriction on keys to your room and entrance to our guest house.We are a non smoking hotel however we do have a covered seating area outside the front of the hotel where smoking is permitted. We have are own mini bus running regularly door to door to most districts. Sorry no stag or hen parties.
We have an excellent range of facilities, including wireless internet connection. Why not have a game of pool in the bar where draught beer is available?
