We booked to stay at the Old Mill based on what we had seen and read on the internet and because of its location. However, when we arrived we were told we would be in an annex (an annonymous flat on a housing estate) a 5 minute drive away. This was not what we had booked and was actually in the opposite direction to where we were supposed to be going on the evening. To top it off we were asked to return the key in the morning after being told we werent getting breakfast! Read less
