The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. There was more than an adequate choice for breakfast.
Dislikes:
My only gripe with the hotel wthere was no hot water for the sink and the internet connection didn't work. We were unsure if the bar was open or not

The best part was the breakfast.
Dislikes:
Room 6 ( our room ) was horrible the curtains were hanging off, the window cill was covered in dust, a big old tv not in use was perch on top of the wardrobe, the whole room needed decorating, asap!!

Oakwell is a family run business where your comfort and enjoyment are taken seriously. You are guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome so that you can begin to feel at home from the moment you arrive.
We have 5 Family Rooms, 1 Double Room, 3 Twin Rooms and 1 Single Room, so we can cater for groups of all sizes. All our bedrooms are En-suite and tastefully decorated, with tea / coffee making facilities and colour TV. We are centrally heated throughout.
You can take advantage of our cereal bar and get the day off to the perfect start with our Full English Breakfast, served in the comfort of our Dining Room. We are situated only a few minutes easy walk from Bridlington's newly refurbished Spa Theatre. The golden sands of South Beach and the bustling harbour are both close by.
There is a wide selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby. You could go ten-pin bowling or even head for the Sports Centre if you are feeling energetic. You will always be given a warm and friendly welcome. Your comfort is always important to us - we do everything we can to make sure that your holiday with us is enjoyable.
We have a fully licensed and well stocked bar that is open at all times, and is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
