Good central location for exploring Kent. A relaxed atmosphere with our rooms located slightly away from the bar. There is a really comfy sofa at one end of the bar which is a great place to relax.

For those who wish to stay at little longer our stylish, newly refurbished rooms provide a cosy place to relax and spend the night.
Our large function room is situated above the bar. The privacy, high ceiling and exposed beams make it the perfect place for any large or small function. Whether you need the space for a club AGM or a 40th birthday party we can accommodate your needs. The Oak has eight delightful ensuite rooms, all of which have been finished to a very high standard.
The calming, natural tone of the decor accented with an occasional splash of colour creates a welcoming space in which to relax and unwind. Each room comes with a flat screen television, wireless internet and tea and coffee making facilities. The en-suites include power showers, fluffy towels and selected toiletries to make your stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible.
