We loved how friendly the owner was from arriving at the start of our stay right to the end. he also offered to let us leave our luggage on the date of leaving so we could have more time at Blackpool.
Dislikes:
we thought that on booking we had arranged an en suite bathroom,however we had to walk on the landing to get to get a shower and toilet in our pj's. this made us feel rather uncomfortuble.

The Norwood Hotel is a family run hotel, it is situated at the popular South Shore between Central and South Piers. We are ideally placed for your stay on the well known Lytham Road just off the Promenade but within easy access of all Blackpool's attractions, including the Tower, the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park, Winter Gardens, the Sealife Centre, Waxworks and Blackpool's football ground and much more.
Outside the hotel there is a regular bus service taking you to the town centre if you prefer not to walk. There are also trams available on the promenade or if you prefer something different there is the horse and cart. There are also plenty of shops, markets, cafes and pubs close to the hotel.
The Norwood offers clean and comfortable hotel accommodation which caters for couples and families. All our rooms are en-suite and kept to a high standard of cleanliness. There are excellent facilities in all bedrooms including central heating, tv with freeview, hospitality trays with tea and coffee making facilites (Nescafe and Tetley tea), complimentary shower gels shampoo and conditioner and we also offer free wi-fi.
We dont have any parking at the hotel but there is plenty of council pay and display car parks close by. There is also a secure parking area close to our hotel, this must be booked and paid for direct with them. pPlease call and we can give you details.
