It was noisy, the breakfast was poor; stale bread, a toaster that didn't toast and a premium price for cooked breakfast. Internet was not free as suggested online.

Surly unpleasant staff. Breakfast had to pay extra and was inedible, toasters didn't work. Everything was cheap and nasty. Mould in bathroom. Was a wedding on with loud music not informed at booking.

Wash-room was inadequate - no soap, no shampoo, and it did not look clean. Not that any of it would have helped because there was no hot water for a shower. The heater in the room was not working and the room was cold. The hotel staff only arranged for an alternative heater after telling them twice. WORST B&B we have stayed in our 10 days in Scotland.
