Situated on the ancient 'North Kent Weald' with idyllic, peaceful countryside in an area of designated outstanding natural beauty, Nine Acres is a large family home set within nine acres of land including large pretty landscaped gardens and patio areas, a sight to behold during the summer months. The property has far reaching views over the countryside. Nine Acres is close to a host of attractions including Brands Hatch Motor Circuit, Bluewater Shopping Centre, Fawkham Manor Hospital, Redlibbets Golf Club, Eagle Heights Bird Centre, Eaglefields Equestrian Centre, Speedgate Farm Equine Centre, Corinthians Sports Club, London Golf Club, Old Soar manor, Ightham Mote, The Hop Farm, Rochester Castle, Rochester Cathedral, Chatham Dockyards and Leeds Castle to name just a few.

Situated midway between Dartford, Gravesend, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, and Rochester, and within easy reach of Bluewater shopping centre, Brands Hatch, the London Golf Club, and Ebbsfleet International Eurostar station.

The bed and breakfast comprises of three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a living area with a kitchen area offering some self catering facilities. A comfortable living area where you may relax and watch television or sit at the dining table. There is a small kitchen which has a fridge, microwave, sandwich grill, toaster and grill where a simple lunch and evening snacks can be prepared if you wish. Internet access is also available (free, but capped). Stocked with Tea (also various herbal teas), Coffee, Milk, Hot Chocolate, Juice and Squash, Cheese, fruit, biscuits and yoghurt.
