ON arrival we were greeted by Mrs. Helen Hitt, whose welcome immediately put us at our ease about this 'new' B&B stay. It was a warm and genuine welcome. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and attractive. A comfortable bed led to a good night's sleep to be followed by a superb breakfast menue with lots of (very tempting) choice.
The welcome and ambience of Newcourt Barton complemented our weekend and established a relaxed, secure and happy atmosphere that 'flavoured' all our weekend. Read less

Idyllic setting, very peaceful. Nicely-decorated spacious rooms and bathroom, all very warm, clean and tidy. Lovely thick, soft towels and nice toiletries. Decent shower cubicle. Comfortable beds and chairs. Nice view of countryside from breakfast room. Unfortunately bad winter weather spoilt the views on the other side of the house although fog over the fields was pretty. Farmyard very clean and interesting – and quiet despite the lambing during the night. Very helpful hosts. Read less

Our busy, very friendly hosts took the time to talk about the farm.Just loved having the ewes and newborn lambs only 10 metres from the bedroom door. Good food - the Denby service added a lovely touch

Having to leave, even though we were going back to somewhere just as idyllic!

Just 4 miles from junction 28 of the M5 motorway we are ideally located for the business user and leisure guest. Our Four Star Silver Award accommodation offers spacious ensuite rooms, free wi fi access, fridge, microwave and own separate access so you are free to come and go as you please. Each room has been individually decorated and provide hot drinks facilities with biscuits, Digital TV, radio alarm, safe, hairdryer, a range of toiletries and much more.
There is ample safe parking on site and several local pubs in the area all serving excellent food.

For the keen fisherman we have four coarse fishing ponds within 500 yards of the house. Free fishing is available to guests staying.
