Our 3* B&B has twin and double en suite rooms and a family suite (single occupancy is available in all rooms). We have several stables and grazing available if you want to stay overnight with your horse. We have just installed new en suite bathrooms in all rooms and completely renovated the accommodation. Set in the heart of our 150 acre farm, the farmhouse has lots of original features and no traffic noise. Each room has a new flat screen LED TV and free wifi.

We have double rooms, twin rooms and a family suite. The beds in the twin rooms join together to make super king size beds for guests who like plenty of room, and the family suite has a double room and a twin room (or super king size bed depending on how you want the beds) plus space for an extra child's bed in the twin room. The family suite has two bathrooms, one of which has a bath. The double rooms have showers.
We have recently completely renovated the B&B accommodation including central heating, new hot and cold plumbing, new carpets, decoration, curtains and soft furnishings. We really have gone to town and it looks beautiful (new photos to follow).
Business guests and famililes are all welcome, we have free wifi in all rooms and for children there is a free 'Shaun the Sheep' activity pack make their farm stay even more enjoyable. If you fish, bring your tackle with you. There is river fishing on the Sence and Anker rivers here at the farm just a short stroll from the farmhouse. Be sure to take some time out to enjoy the countryside and watch the wildlife - otters, kingfishers, buzzards and lots more.
There are 2 pubs to eat at which are approximately a 1 mile walk and lots of other pubs and restaurants within a few minutes drive.
We are located close to Drayton Manor Park and Thomas Land, Mallory Park, Shackerstone Steam Railway and Bosworth Battlefield Centre. Also close by is the NEC, Conkers and numerous midlands attractions. We are located a short drive from the A5 and the M42 centrally between most of the midlands cities, in the middle of no where and everywhere!
If you are staying on business for a few days we have a fridge and microwave in the breakfast room which is solely for the use of guests. You won't be imposing on our home life as the B&B accommodation is completely separate from our living space, so you really can make yourself feel at home.
