nice atmosphere, very familiar, nice staff, good breakfast
Dislikes:
a booked bus-tour forced us to leave the house at 8.15, there was no way to take the breakfast a bit earlier. We got some fruits and yogurts the evening before - nice but not equal to a breakfast. :-(

Convenient but quiet location, very clean and friendly.
Dislikes:
Was disapointed with the breakfast. Very little cooked food, just luke warm beans and scrambled egg.

Location is excellent if you are going to visit Edinburgh on foot or by public transport.
Place was clean and tidy.
Quiet location is an advantage and you can enjoy good night sleep. We stayed May B
Dislikes:
Owner is not understanding and we had problems to seat with our friends at the same table breakfast time even if six seated table was free and available.
Breakfast does not include sausages or bacon.
