I stayed for two nights as I was attending a local conference. I was made to feel very welcome at all times, my room was clean and light even though it was at the rear of the hotel. Ensuite was small, but perfectly formed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Tea-making facilities were basic, but I had paid a more than basic price. Breakfast was lovely and again more than I expected considering what I had paid. Read less

Warm, friendly staff. High standard of cleanliness. Beautiful location, right on the seafront and very convenient for station and town centre (10min and 5min walks respectively). Breakfast was lovely.

Whatever your reason for visiting Eastbourne, our hotel can be the perfect base and a warm welcome awaits you. Located directly opposite the pebble beach, some 150 metres east of the Pier on Eastbourne's glorious seafront, we have many rooms with superb views of the English Channel.
We aim to appeal to visitors, holiday-makers and business guests alike. The hotel is within minutes walk of the town centre, close to the station, theatres and Wintergarden Conference Centre.
We have 7 double rooms, 12 twin rooms, 1 triple room (which can be used as a twin) and 9 single rooms (all en-suite). 10 of our rooms have unspoilt views of the English Channel, while a further 3 rooms have a partial view of the sea. We are particularly suited to one coach groups.
The property is now totally non-smoking.
