My stay was really fun because of the people who i was with. However, i couldnt of stayed here for more than 2 nights. Our room had paper ripped off of the wall, the shower still had hairs in! and the toilet was very stained, and the third bed in the room was broken. For the purpose of staying here one night, it was tollerable, the room did its purpose, but i wouldnt of liked to stay here any longer.However saying that, our friends room downstairs was alot nicer!!so maybe we just had a bad room? Hotel was very group friendly,you could have a good giggle in your room with your friends and not get told to be quiet!!Also the owner Mr Ash, was very friendly.He would literally do anything for you
Dislikes:
the cleaniess of our room when we got in, toilet stained, ripped wallpaper,broken bed, hairs in the shower!! and there was a double plug socket literally hanging off the wall (very dangerous!)

Upon arrival our bookings was not actually registered with the manager of the hotel, despite payment going through. Therefore I would recommend that you telephone to confirm bookings personally. Despite this error, rooms were available and we were made to feel welcome. If you are planning on attending an event at this BIC then this hotel is a great location. It is a 5 min walk away from various restaurants,the BIC and there is no curfew. Read less

The manager was very welcoming.
We weren't disturbed at any time.
The bar was well stocked with comfortable seating.
Dislikes:
The room had cups left over coffee from the previous guests.
There were a lot of people smoking on the door step. I found this quite intimidating when leaving and returning to the hotel.
